Service desk for busy field based nationwide chiller service engineering team.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
BUPA (after 1 years’ service)
5% attendance bonus after 3 months

Requirements

Applicants must have:

Experience with service desk with CHILLERS or similar refrigeration / technical equipment

•             Communication skills for resolution

•             Personality to be always helpful and solutions driven

•             Enjoys problem solving

•             Naturally being understanding and sympathetic towards clients dealing with their own problems

•             Collaborative and supportive helping colleagues especially field engineers working long hours

•             Excellent English language fluency including engineering and technical terminology
