Plug-and-play package air conditioning unit with direct expansion coils (R410A fluid), which is able to monitor all the climatic parameters.
Description of the machine:
Plug-and-play package air conditioning unit with direct expansion coils (R410A fluid), which is able to monitor all the climatic parameters in cases of average occupancy (cinemas, theatres, shopping centres, etc.) in any climatic situation. The air’s healthiness is also guaranteed through the replacement of an air flow at a rate that depends on the type of area to be air conditioned and on its occupancy level, thanks to the use of air pollution sensors (which continuously measure the levels of CO2 and VOCs).
The machine is available as a full-inverter version (BLDC compressors and internal EC fans) or an ON-OFF version (ON/OFF compressors and internal EC fans).
The delivery air flow rate is adjusted to meet the area’s actual needs by means of an electronic commutated (EC) Plug Fan.
Free-cooling operation is available if the outside climatic conditions allow it.
ON/OFF hermetic or BLDC inverter.
The weight-bearing structure is made of painted steel and aluminium alloy (RAL 9002).
The panels of the air handling section are sandwich type with a 25mm layer of polyurethane, p = 45 kg/m3 (outer shell made of RAL 9006 pre-painted galvanized sheet metal and galvanized inner sheet metal).
The panels of the external section are made of painted galvanized sheet metal (RAL 9002).
External ventilation section
The external ventilation section is comprised of 4 axial fans whose blades are shaped so as to reduce the dissipation section’s noise impact.
On these machines it is possible to select the condensation control and the adjustment of the air flow rate through the external section; this is activated by means of a potentiometer.
Internal ventilation section
The internal ventilation section is comprised of an EC Plug Fan as the delivery fan (brushless motor with permanent magnets). This solution makes it possible to achieve high efficiency even at partial loads and to manage condensation in the winter in order to guarantee maximum reliability at all times.
FC Module: the FC module includes an EC exhaust fan that sends the exhausted air over the external coils to achieve enthalpy recovery from the expelled ambient air; this option results in the unit being 500 mm longer.
External heat exchanger
The external heat exchanger consists of a finned double coil with expanded copper pipes and aluminium fins.
Internal heat exchanger
The internal heat exchanger consists of a finned double coil with expanded copper pipes and aluminium fins; its purpose is to prevent the problem of dripping during summer operation (evaporation).
The FC/AE module implements recovery from the expelled air, which on the one hand allows the evaporation temperature to be raised, thereby reducing the frequency of defrosting in the winter, and on the other hand allows the condensation temperature to be lowered in the summer, thus considerably increasing overall efficiency during both seasons.
If the outside air is in favourable temperature and humidity conditions, the environmental load can be controlled by turning off the compressors. In this case the power consumption will consist solely of what is necessary for ventilation.
