We can help with breakdowns, service call-outs, emergency repairs, planned maintenance and overhauls plus replacement refrigeration parts and equipment.  As well as solving the service issues at hand, our engineers will always offer best advice and make suggestions of how to optimise your refrigeration and minimise spend, offering value for money and a proactive approach to good service engineering.

The GalxC service team operates nationally providing service cover 24 – 7 – 365 maintenance, repairs and overhauls (MRO).  We operate our own service engineering team of field service engineers and office support team whom are all our own employees, we do not use third party out of hours call centres. If you phone us out of hours, our duty manager will answer your call and give helpful advice and or arrange for our engineer to travel to site to sort your refrigeration breakdown for chiller breakdowns and chiller repairs.

Chiller spares

As well as chiller maintenance and chiller repairs, GalxC can supply chiller spares which we keep available in conjunction with Galletti manufacturing and UK based supply chain.
